Prince Alla

Prince Alla is a true legend of reggae music with a career spanning 30 years.

A serious, humble and genuine rastaman, in recent years he has also worked with Jah Shaka, whilst his classic older material has been brought to the attention of a new audience courtesy of 2 albums on the Blood & Fire reissue label, "Only Love Can Conquer" and "Heaven Is My Roof". In the UK Prince Alla has had an album released with The Disciples called "One Bright Day", whilst his first album with Jah Warrior entitled "Glory" was released in Spring 2000, then his "More Love" album released in 2002.

Rootsy yet modern sounding with at times some little stepper incursion.
Most of the songs have a great K. Tubby's vibe with some more deep, worked parts... aka "meditation time" all those backed by P. Alla sweet yet powerful vocals.
