New Dawn is a Hardcore band !
New Dawn is and will remain a raw, straightforward hardcore band drawn from the experiences of the street, from human life and fueled by rage. But also a band that always conveys a positive message. A message of hope without being blind, message that prompts us to look forward and that pulls the human upwards.
In 2017, Olivier decided to re-found a 100% pure hardcore project and contacted Sébastien, an old “partner in crime”. They work together and on the sofa 8 tracks are written, at the crossroads between Youth Crew and NYHC.
After 2 years looking out for the good guy, they are finally joined by Arno, drummer and longtime friend. They planned a first 5 days meeting in June 2019 : 3 days of intense rehearsals and 2 days in the studio.
7 tracks were recorded at the Tarmac studio then mixed by Don Fury (Gorilla Biscuits, Youth of Today, Madball, Judge). This first meeting will therefore be immortalized and will become the LP “(true) Love is Forever”.
Later on, Guillaume joined on bass and Olivier now focus on vocals only. Early 2021 the band recorded 7 news songs at Bellarue studio. They were later mixed by Maxime Smadja and mastered at Audiosiege and will be released 1st march 2022 as the "The wicked shall no rule" LP.
The line up already accustomed to tours with their old groups (multiple European tours and festivals with all the big names in hardcore) is therefore back on the road for live assaults. Stay tuned !!!! NEW DAWN ARMY

New Dawn est un groupe de hardcore !
New Dawn est et restera un groupe de hardcore brut, direct, issu des expériences de la rue, de la vie d’homme et nourri par la rage. Mais aussi un groupe qui véhicule toujours un message positif. Un message d’espoir sans faux semblant qui nous pousse tous à se regarder en face et qui tire l’humain vers le haut.
En 2017, Olivier décide de refonder un projet 100% pur hardcore et contacte Sebastien, un vieux « partner in crime ». Ils travaillent ensemble et sur le canapé 8 titres sont écrits, à la croisée entre Youth Crew et NYHC.
Après 2 ans de recherche, ils sont enfin rejoints par Arno, batteur et ami de longue date, et planifient un 1er rdv de 5 jours en juin 2019 : 3 jours de répétitions intenses et 2 jours de studio. 7 titres seront ainsi enregistrés au Tarmac studio puis mixés par Don Fury (Gorilla Biscuits, Youth of Today, Madball, Judge).Cette première rencontre sera donc immortalisée et deviendra le LP « (true) Love is Forever ».
Puis le groupe fut rejoint par Guillaume à la basse. Début 2021 New Dawn enregistre 7 nouveaux morceaux @ Bellarue studio. Mixés par Maxime Smadja et masterisés à Audiosiège ils sortiront le 1er mars 2022 sur le LP "The wicked shall not rule".
Le line up déjà rompu aux concerts avec leur précédents groupes (multiples tournées européennes et festivals avec tous les grands noms du hardcore) reprend donc la route pour les live.
